The majority of our single-family homes are located in Southwest Houston.
2. How long is a KPHousing lease?
Your lease with KPHousing will be for one year.
3. Are utilities included in the rental payments?
Utilities are not part of the rental payments. Tenants are responsible for paying their own utilities.
4. Are pets allowed in KPHousing homes?
Yes, pets are allowed.
5. When is the rent due?
Rent is due the 5th of each month.
6. Is there security deposit?
The security deposit to move into a KPHousing home is equal to one month’s rent.
